LAB DIRECTOR
MALLORY A. MCCORD, Ph.D., M.B.A.
Dr. McCord is an assistant professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Minnesota Duluth. She teaches courses in organizational psychology (PSY 5702; PSY 3707) and research methods (PSY 3021; PSY 3022; PSY 8021). She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida's I/O Psychology Ph.D. program. Her research focuses on workplace mistreatment, from both a broad (i.e., examining numerous forms of mistreatment such as discrimination, incivility, and abusive supervision, in concert) and narrow (i.e., investigating specific types of mistreatment such as perceived introvert mistreatment) perspective. She also studies leadership and emotional intelligence. She publishes in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and Leadership Quarterly and regularly presents research at international conferences.

JIE YU
Jie is is a second-year graduate student in UMD's Master of Arts in Psychological Science program (IO Track). She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in business administration from the University of Iowa. Her research interests include occupational health and work engagement. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling, spending time with family, and playing with her dog.
SUSAN ZINNO
Susan is a second-year graduate student in UMD's Master of Arts in Psychological Science program (IO Track). Her pronouns are she/her/hers. She graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor's in Psychology. Her research interests include diversity, inclusive work environments, and minority experiences in the workplace (invisible stigmas and disenfranchised groups). Her hobbies include hanging out with my two cats (Bartholomeow and Tyrion) as well as baking.

BETHANY WESTERBERG
Bethany Westerberg is a senior majoring in psychology and double minoring in theater and human resources management. Her research interests are introverts in the workplace, personality types, and group dynamics. After she graduates, she plans to get her master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her hobbies include acting and watching theater, reading, listening to music, and singing.
