GRADUATE RESEARCH ASSISTANTS

Graduate students with an interest in the topics studied by the ECHO lab are encouraged to speak with Dr. McCord about contributing to an ongoing research project. Graduate students in the ECHO lab may also be actively involved in master's theses.

UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH ASSISTANTS

Research assistants are an essential part of the ECHO lab’s research success. Further, research experience outside of coursework is an excellent way to grow your research skills, build relationships with professors and fellow students, and impress graduate school application committees. Junior year is the optimal time to join a research lab because students tend to have already taken or are taking foundational courses in research and are preparing to apply for graduate school. If you are interested in pursuing a career in I/O psychology, the ECHO lab may be a good fit for you, particularly if you share research interests in the areas studied here in the ECHO lab.

*** The lab has no openings for new URA's Fall 2019.
